Debs Clothier is a Nigerian fashion brand providing ready-to-wear, home and beddings, custom-made, and fashion-forward apparel. We operate primarily through our website and selected physical outlets.

The ‘Company’ means ROOTS AND GLAMZ BY DEBS. The ‘Brand’ means DEBSCLOTHIER.
The ‘Purchaser’ means the person whose order is accepted by the Company.
The ‘Recipient’ means the person who receives goods produced by the Company and purchased by the Purchaser.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
- Prices are listed in the currency of your purchasing geolocation and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, Paypal, and approved payment gateways like Paystack and Flutterwave.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, if necessary.
4. Shipping & Delivery

- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to help us process your shipping accurately.
- International orders outside Nigeria may be liable to custom duties and taxes, which is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Once an order has shipped, the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure goods are delivered at the agreed time and date, however, we accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause out of their control or caused by the shipping company.

5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 24-48 hours for local delivery and 7 – 10 days for international delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition and with tags. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in, otherwise exchanges cannot be processed.
- Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable.
- The cost of returning the goods to the Company is at the responsibility of the Purchaser or Recipient in order to obtain a full refund unless otherwise agreed with DEBSCLOTHIER.
- For customers in the European Union, the UK, or other regions with mandatory return rights, we comply with applicable consumer laws.
