Our head office is located in Abuja, Nigeria. We also offer nationwide delivery and international shipping to select countries.
- You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our collections, select your item(s), choose your size and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation after payment; or
- Simply send a direct message on our official instagram account and our sales representative will assist you.
We accept payments via - Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Verve), Paypal, Paystack and Flutterwave-enabled gateways and bank transfers if you are ordering outside the website.
- Delivery within Abuja takes 1–2 business days.
- For other parts of Nigeria, allow 3–5 business days.
- International shipping delivery times vary based on location between 5 - 15 business days.
Yes, we currently ship to various countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Returns are accepted within 24-48 hours for local delivery and 7 - 10 days for international delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition and with tags.
- We don’t accept returns for Custom orders and items placed on sales.
- You can email orders@shopdebsclothier.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the item is inspected and successfully returned, you will be entitled to a store credit (returns are only exchangeable for store credits) less shipping fees.
- If you have already paid for an item that is sold out, you can make a refund claim by e-mailing orders@shopdebsclothier.com to make a refund claim which will be processed within 15 business days.
