Shipping Policy

At Debs Clothier, we are committed to delivering your fashion pieces safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require 7–10 business days for production before shipping.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Within Nigeria

  • Standard Delivery (1–2 business days within Abuja)
  • Nationwide Delivery (3–5 business days) depending on your location.
  • We partner with reliable logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping..

  • Delivery Time: 5–15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or phone number. You can use it to monitor your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team hello@shopdebsclothier.com.
  • Debs Clothier is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

6. Local Pickup (Optional)

We offer a pickup option for customers within Abuja. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 24-48hrs of local delivery and 7-10 days of international delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  • Email (orders@shopdebsclothier.com) with your order number and reason for return.
  •  Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll issue you a store credit or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as a store credit within 3-5 business days after return approval
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
